• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store success.
• Oversee training and development through an 8+ week leadership program.
