Panda Express, a leader in American-Chinese dining, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda store in Dawsonville, GA. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a multi-week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing development through our Panda community. The role requires a high school diploma, flexible schedule, and Serve Safe certification; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to perform their duties.
• Participate in and complete the Store Leadership Training program.
