Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store in Georgia. You will hire, train, and lead associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A leadership training program will prepare you for ongoing success.

Eligible candidates will participate in a comprehensive training track and have opportunities for advancement into management positions within the Pan da network.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and staff, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the store to deliver exceptional experiences and execute the company’s standards.
• Participate in Panda leadership training to support career growth and development.
