Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training provided by the company to prepare for success.
Lead and supervise staff to ensure efficient store operations and exceptional guest service.
