Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Conyers, GA. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
