Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders for store management roles in the United States. You will oversee a single Panda Express location, hiring and guiding a team to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to reach financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team to deliver exceptional service and results.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
