• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
