Panda Restaurant Group in Texas is seeking experienced store leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, lead hiring and development of associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Able to work a schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in leadership training initiatives.
