Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express in Texas. You will oversee the operation of a single location, hire and direct associates, drive financial results, and ensure guests receive exceptional experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, along with mentorship and support from our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success through an 8+ week store leadership training program.
