Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Texas to lead a Panda Express for driving performance and guest satisfaction. You’ll hire, coach, and direct store teams to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will participate in an extensive leadership training program and have opportunities for career growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
