You will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences. A leadership training program of 8+ weeks is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Provide leadership and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company standards.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 8+ weeks.
