Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire, coach, and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from a Panda community that cares about your success. This role requires flexible availability, including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and manage store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in leadership training and apply learnings to improve store performance.
