Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Complete 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training to prepare for success.
