Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an eight-week (or longer) leadership training program and mentorship from our Panda community to support your growth and success. You may relocate within 50 miles and work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts.
• Serve Safe certified food safety professional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and smooth store operations.
• Lead and develop store team through training and mentorship.
• Contribute to meeting store financial goals and uphold Panda standards.
