Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location, oversee hiring, coaching and directing of team members, and drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

You will participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for success, with mentorship and ongoing support from our Panda community dedicated to your growth and career progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Prepare for success through an 8+ week store leadership training program.
