Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will oversee a single Panda restaurant, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training Program to prepare for success.
