You will undergo an 8+ week leadership training program, with opportunities for career advancement within the Panda community. The role is full-time and operates at a single store location with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home to a store.
• Open to flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Participate in store leadership training and professional development.
