Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single restaurant's operations, drive financial results, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role includes hiring, directing, and coaching associates, with a focus on maintaining Panda Express standards.

You will complete an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, designed to develop skills and support your success within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• Must be able to relocate/work within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store and leading associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring, training and directing of staff; ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
