Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in New Jersey. You will assist in the operation of a single store, lead associates to meet financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Flexibility to work a schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3 weeks or more.
