You’ll be involved in hiring, coaching, and directing associates while driving toward financial goals, with a leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare you for success.

Based in New Jersey, this role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, plus weekends and holidays as business needs dictate, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
