Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location, lead a team, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, competitive compensation with bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits to support your health and family. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and travel within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
