We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and supportive resources to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment. Availability for flexible scheduling and relocation within 50 miles is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals.
• Lead and develop the store team to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
