Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location, driving guest satisfaction and achieving financial goals. You will hire, train, and direct team members while delivering high standards of service.

We provide 8+ weeks of leadership training, paid development, and a robust benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off. Candidates should be flexible regarding store location within 50 miles and have Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
