Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Oversee training and development of staff through the 8+ weeks leadership program.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and drive the overall store performance.
