Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of operating a single Panda Express store, hire and manage associates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. A robust 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

The role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to relocate within 50 miles. Serving Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
