Job summary

Panda Express in Encinitas, California, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you’ll oversee daily operations, hire and guide associates, meet financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to ensure a successful store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program prior to assuming full responsibilities.
