Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Santa Fe, NM. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to hit financial targets while delivering memorable guest experiences.

The role includes structured leadership training and a clear path toward General Manager progression. External hires begin as Store Managers in our GM development track, with over 12 weeks of training, evaluations, and GO100 certification to qualify for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare you for career growth via Panda leadership development and GM certification pathway.
• Provide hands-on paid training and ongoing leadership development to enable progression into management roles.
