Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operation of a Panda Express location in New Mexico. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes participating in leadership training and a defined GM development path leading toward future advancement. We offer extensive training, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for growth within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification required (Serve Safe).

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations for a single Panda Express location.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead the General Manager development path and participate in leadership training.
• Support training milestones and ensure successful progression through the GM certification process.
