Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Oakland, CA is seeking experienced store leaders to run a single Panda Express location. You will hire, supervise and motivate associates to hit financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

External hires begin in Store Manager roles as part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training. After graduation of a GM certification course, you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager (GM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop staff under the Panda leadership framework and training programs.
• Progress along Panda's General Manager development path toward GM certification.
• Participate in a 12+ week store leadership training program and complete required evaluations.
