Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager for Panda Express. You will lead a single store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers on the General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training, a GO100 GM certification, and ongoing career growth opportunities within our Panda family.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Complete the leadership training program and progress toward GM role.
