Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to run a single Panda store, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will hire, train, and lead associates, delivering an engaging and safe dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role includes a 12+ week leadership training program and progression toward General Manager through the GO100 certification, with strong mentorship and a career path within the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store leadership training and development to prepare for future GM roles.
• Oversee compliance, safety, and integrity with Panda policies; ensure a welcoming, efficient work environment for guests and team members.
• Support a GM development path with a 12+ week leadership training program and GO100 certification progress.
