Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda store and drive financial results while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will hire and supervise team members, set schedules, and manage operations with a focus on growth into higher leadership roles.

The role includes a 12+ week leadership training program and a pathway toward General Manager, backed by Panda's culture, training, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Through training, prepare for promotion to General Manager.
