Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location in Lake Havasu City, AZ. You will hire, train, and supervise associates to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Onboarded into Panda's leadership pathway, you'll complete 12+ weeks of training and GO100 certification, with opportunities for promotion to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership development path toward General Manager.
• Complete 12+ weeks of leadership training and GO100 certification for GM readiness.
