Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a Panda Express store in the Lake Havasu City area. You will oversee hiring, coaching, and directing a team to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a three-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for store management, with mentorship and ongoing support from the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
