Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, coaching, and ensuring guest experiences meet high standards.

External hires begin with a leadership training path, with 12+ weeks of store leadership training and GM certification (GO100) for future promotion to GM. Strong emphasis on development and results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop team through training and ongoing coaching.
• Provide a pathway towards General Manager through structured training and evaluations.
