Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda store and drive financial performance while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and directing team members and aligning operations with Panda’s standards and culture.

External hires begin with a comprehensive leadership training journey, advancing toward a General Manager role after training, evaluations, and certification.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Open to a schedule including openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences while upholding Panda standards.
• Participate in the 12+ week store leadership training program and GM development path.
