Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single store, drive guest satisfaction, and meet financial targets. You will hire, coach and supervise associates, ensuring operations align with Panda's standards and values as you prepare for future leadership roles.

The role includes our 12+ week leadership training, ongoing development, and the potential promotion to General Manager after completing required milestones within Panda's management program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and drive toward financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve store objectives and standards.
• Participate in leadership development path aimed at preparing for General Manager responsibilities.
