You may need to relocate within 50 miles and work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have Food Safety: Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to ensure readiness for success.
