The role includes managing daily operations and participating in an extensive Store Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for long-term success with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Serve Safe food handling certification is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius of Lincoln, NE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including staffing, directing and coaching teammates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train and manage associates; drive performance and ensure standards are met.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
