Zusammenfassung

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., parent of Panda Express, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Missouri. As Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, drive sales, control costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and a supportive network designed to help you succeed in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Drive store performance by managing labor, costs, and quality standards; ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to develop staff and succession plans.
