Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., parent of Panda Express, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Missouri. As Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, drive sales, control costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and a supportive network designed to help you succeed in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Drive store performance by managing labor, costs, and quality standards; ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Lead and participate in the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to develop staff and succession plans.
