Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Saint Louis, MO. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, paid training and a path for advancement into higher management. Eligible benefits and a strong Panda community support your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide eight or more weeks of leadership training to prepare for success.
