• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team to deliver consistent results and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store operations and training through Panda leadership program.
• Drive financial performance and maintain high standards of quality and service.
