Panda Express in California is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single location, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and drive the store to success; participate in ongoing leadership development and mentorship program.
