Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to run a single Panda Express store, driving financial results and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role includes leading a team, managing hiring and operations, and participating in leadership training to prepare for GM opportunities.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, flexibility in scheduling, and ongoing career development within Panda’s operations and culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial targets and guest experience standards.
Lead store leadership development path towards General Manager readiness and participate in the 12+ week training program.
Ensure adherence to food safety, scheduling, and operational policies while coaching staff and optimizing performance.
