Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise, and motivate associates to hit financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role is the start of a leadership journey toward General Manager within Panda’s development path. Training spans 12+ weeks with ongoing evaluations and a GM certification, preparing you for future advancement while immersing you in Panda's culture and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Lead and develop store team through leadership training and provided programs.
• Support career development path toward GM as described.
