Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Cleveland, OH. You will oversee a single store’s operations, hire and lead associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide ongoing leadership and coaching to drive store success.
