Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Cleveland, OH. As an Assistant Manager you will help operate a single store, hire and supervise associates, drive daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a three-week leadership training program, paid meals, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
