Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of the store management team.
• Drive execution of policies and standards to ensure a premium guest experience.
