Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing development within our Panda community, with career growth opportunities across stores.

The Store Manager is responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to meet financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide leadership training and support to ensure store success and development of team members.
