Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of the General Manager development path.
• Participate in the 12+ week store leadership training program and GM certification process.
